Frankie Elois Andrews, 61, of Urbana passed Jan. 2, 2018 in Roland, Arkansas. She was born Jan. 4, 1957 to Archie Norman and Verda Ford Norman in Urbana.

She united with Mt. Zion No.2 Missionary Baptist Church at a very early age where she began playing the piano at the age of thirteen.

She was a 1975 graduate of Washington High School in El Dorado. On Oct. 6, 1985 she married Joseph Andrews.

Her parents, three brothers; Charles E. Norman, Willie Travis Norman and Ronnie Norman precede her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Andrews of Urbana; son, Joseph Q. Andrews of Urbana; daughters, LaToya Hill and Stacey Floyd both of Little Rock; brothers, Acey Norman of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Earnest Norman (Bobbie) of Little Rock, Odell Norman of Chicago, Illinois, John Norman of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Archie Norman of Enfield, Connecticut; sisters, Vera Rankin of Little Rock, Shirley Holly of Roland, Gwendolyn Norman of Katy, Texas and Brenda Brannon(Rodney) of Cypress, Texas; her grandchildren, Alston, Aliyah and Ethan

Public visitation will be held from noon until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 at Sims Mortuary. The family hour will be from 6 until 8 p.m. at Mt. Zion Urbana Baptist Church.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 at the Municipal Auditorium with the Rev. Billy Artis, eulogist. Interment at Mt. Zion Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary. Sign the guestbook online at www.simsmortuary.com.
